Since Mike and Chris Dodge started as a private self-funded rescue in August 1993 through incorporation in 1996,
receiving tax exempt status in 1997,
nearly four hundred horses have gone through the rescue(including those placed over the internet).
That total is eighty-seven(physically gone through the facility in NY)from September 1999 to December 31, 2005. Another hundred plus or so were placed via networking on the internet including some 27 PMU mares and yearlings but we don't keep records on those horses.
